The E2EE Messaging Working Group is for coordinating work on and identifying shared, interoperable solutions for end-to-end encrypted messaging on ATProto.
The first task is to establish product requirements and desired use cases.

have done to integrate E2EE DMs in Bluesky. I missed his note from the end of Oct suggesting this – but better late than never
