There are a number of posts about setting a custom home page for your PDS, which usually involve Caddy and Docker config.

the section on custom pages in this post helped me out a lot when i first tinkered with a custom homepage for katproto:
i’d also like to note that you can pretty much do anything with a custom homepage, be it a static page with calls to the PDS API (that’s what i do to get an active PDS user list on the katproto homepage), or something fully dynamic, like pds-dash (though i haven’t used this so i can’t say much about how it works, just that it looks cool!)
