Streamplace is now fully cosplaying that private data on atproto already exists. Multistreaming targets containing secrets (your Twitch keys, etc) are defined as atproto lexicons, serialized as CBOR, and identified as at://did:web:example.com/place.stream.multistream.target/3jzfcijpj2z2a
