For those accepted for travel support, here’s the basic coverage
- accommodation at the Conference Hotel for the time you are in Vancouver
- return transportation by air or train / bus / gas costs if traveling more locally
The full conference with all side events runs Thursday, March 26th, through the evening of Sunday, March 29th. Accommodation would be Wednesday, March 25th, through Monday, March 30th (5 nights).
You may come early / stay longer at your own cost.
We will also issue you a no-charge conference ticket and t-shirt.
Process
You will be communicating with the shared inbox of the conference at speakers@atmosphereconf.org if you have any questions
Flights or other transportation costs are to be paid for and then submitted to Open Collective for re-imbursement.
Go to the Open Collective page and use the “Submit Expense” button to upload receipts.
This can usually be processed in one week / 5 business days.
Additional Questions
The conference hotel rooms have a queen sized bed and are designed for double occupancy. You may have a friend or partner stay in your room with you.
