The conference has budget set aside to support people’s travel and accommodation expenses. Travel support is prioritized for speakers. Please let us know as part of your proposal submission if you need travel support.
As a community conference organized primarily by volunteers, we do not have the budget to pay speaker honourariums at this time.
We understand that it takes time and effort to prepare great presentations, and that speakers are supporting the community by volunteering their time as well.
ATmosphereConf is lead by the AT Community Fund, which is fiscally hosted by Raft Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit based in the US.
Any funds left after expenses go to support future community events, commons infrastructure, and other grants.
